Black and White not Best Readable Colour
Problem:black/white combo does not work for people with
dyslexics it is acually the worst for them.
Solution: The Contrast makes it unreadable for them, you
have to tweak the white or the black so the contrast isn't so
extreme. one solution is to set up the site so that users can
choose the background color, text color, the font, and other elements
that are easiest for them to see.
For many, a font featuring wide letter spacing and line spacing
is best.
Number lists are preferable to bullet lists
because they offer readers more reference points to help them
maintain reading flow.
Avoid using differing shades of the same color
Always underline All Links
Darker colors are frequently the best choice,
but designers need to make sure there is sufficient contrast from
the background color
Pairing colors that are similar in shade make your webpage difficult
to read
Blue is a relaxing, passive color
— the most popular color according to studies through the years.
Red is the most visible,
thus making it the most powerful of colors and the one that people
react to most.
Purple is a regal color, yellow and green are fairly popular,
and brown brings to mind wood and leather,
which when used correctly can provide a look of dignity to a site.
